Assistance with Civil Marriage Paperwork in Italy

I offer a dedicated service providing full support with the administrative procedures required to marry civilly in Italy. Each situation differs according to the couple’s nationality, and every case requires specific care, attention to detail, and a personalised approach to documentation, timing, and compliance with Italian municipal regulations.

This service is available independently of my role as a celebrant. I assist couples step by step with document preparation, communication with local authorities, and guidance through consular and municipal procedures.

Thanks to my previous experience as a wedding planner and consultant for international couples — many of whom required support with residency applications, nulla osta, and other administrative matters — I have developed considerable confidence and fluency in navigating Italian bureaucratic processes relating to marriage.

Upon request, I am also able to act as an interpreter during the civil ceremony, ensuring clarity, ease, and reassurance for both the couple and their families.
