I’m Paola, an independent English-speaking Italian wedding celebrant and officiant, creating personal destination wedding ceremonies across Italy and Europe.
I write and conduct symbolic weddings, bilingual English–Italian ceremonies, intimate elopements and vow renewals for international couples marrying in Italy.
For me, your wedding ceremony isn’t simply a formality before the celebration begins. It is the moment when everyone you love stops, listens and discovers a little more about the two people standing before them.
I take the time to get to know you before I write a single word. Every ceremony is written from scratch and delivered with warmth, confidence and presence, so that when you hear your story, it feels unmistakably yours.
With a decade of experience in destination weddings, professional celebrant training and a deep love of language and storytelling, I combine the knowledge of an experienced wedding professional with the voice of a storyteller.
From Tuscany and Le Marche to Lake Como, Venice, Rome, Puglia and the Amalfi Coast, I travel wherever your story takes me.

Wedding ceremonies are available in English, Italian or bilingually in both languages. Spanish ceremonies are also available, with planning conversations conducted primarily in English. Assistance with symbolic and legally recognised civil wedding ceremonies in Italy can be discussed according to your nationality and chosen destination.
